For often it is the only mysterious fact in a life otherwise as clear as the sky and and as candid as the dawn." Given the cheap quality of paper used in printing, early issues of this journal have become quite scarce, and also, alas, somewhat brittle and prone to chipping. Care must be exercised when handling.
