From the Foreword, "It has been said that one who is not interested in his remote ancestors is likely to be one who is not worthy of the interest of his remote descendants. Be that as it may be, there are many who are interested in their family trees; but the task of obtaining information consumes more time than they can afford to give to it. The purpose of this book is to provide easy access to information on the descendants of Reverend Jonathan Jackson Wilkey (June 12, 1820 - August 6, 1899) to living and future descendants. The book, lodged in the archives of historical libraries, will assure that even those descendants who died in childhood will become a part of recorded history." Very scarce.. Book.
