Casada, and a new frontispiece. 8vo; original brown boards with gilt lettering to spine, and gilt elephant device to upper board; pictorial dustwrapper, housed in removable protector; pp. (xvi) + xvii + (i) + 455, incl. index; plates; line drawings in text; folding map.
