Brochure is clean and intact overall except for slight darkening along edges and on outer panels, very slight splitting on edges along fold lines, and slight mis-creasing along fold lines (fold lines are a little misaligned). Text is brief but addresses various aspects related to the advertised tours and what one may visit or see in Los Angeles. Much of the information briefly summarizes the route of each trip and related prices. One trip advertised is a "Balloon Route Trolley Trip" between Los Angeles and other West Coast cities. In relation to this trip is brief information about free attractions such as Camera Obscura, an Aquarium, and ride on the L. A. Thompson Scenic Railway and points of interest such as Hill Street, Los Angeles Oil District, Cahuenga Valley, Beverly Hills, National Soldiers' Home in Sawtelle, Brentwood Park, Playa del Rey, Redondo Beach, Moonstone Beach, and Ocean Park.
