With a colour frontispiece, a multi-panel folding colour map and twenty-seven black and white photographs. A touch of very light chafing to the cloth at several extremities, and some spotting to the endpapers and unprinted flyleaves. A very good copy in quite poor dust wrapper: nicked, chipped, chafed and torn, and clipped and re-priced by the publisher.
