Unpaginated, one leaf printed front and back, complete. One small black-and-white photographic illustration and a three-panel black-and-white road map included, complete. Brochure is very clean and intact except for light to moderate age toning, slight splitting at a few of the intersections of fold lines, and slight wear to extremities. A Very Good copy. One side of the brochure, once opened, is filled with statistical information (mostly numerical figures) presented in lists. Said statistical information describes subjects relating to Monterey County such as population numbers; rubber industry; valuation of assessed property; fruit trees; lettuce; vegetables; information about Salinas Valley including schools and new houses built; and information about other cities or places in Monterey County such as Spreckels, Soledad, King City, Gonzales, Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel, Carmel Valley, and Pajaro Valley. Other features in this brochure are a Salinas weather chart (minimum and maximum temperatures listed by day and month for 1926-1927) and a three-panel road map (three small black-and-white maps) showing major interstates and roads that one can use to travel between San Francisco and San Diego using the "Coast Route."
