Brochure is clean and intact overall but outer panels have moderate rubbing and discoloration and a crease in upper-right corner on front; interior panels are relatively cleaner and only have light age toning and a few tiny splits along top and bottom edges along fold lines. A small black-and-white road map shows coastal routes to reach Lucerne; the southern-most city shown is Los Angeles; the eastern-most cities are Davis, Wheatland, and Marysville.
