A large cartouche with information within, an inset of the Southern and Northern Hemisphere is in the upper left, a chart of the north pole is in the upper right. Along the lower portion of the map appears inset charts depicting natural productions of the world, heights and depths, and finally, winds and hydrographic basins

Disected into 8 individually folding sheets. Within a contemporary full cloth red folio with title in gilt on upper board.
