Top edge gilt, others untrimmed. The spine lettering a little dulled and with a little wear to the cloth at the spine ends. Some rubbing to the corner tips, a touch of light spotting to the free endpapers and some minor browning to the half-title. A good copy. No dust wrapper. Forty-four poems, published the same year that Laver joined the staff of the Victoria & Albert Museum (he eventually became Keeper of the Department of Engraving, Illustration, Design and Painting)..
