Jimmy Hatlo (1897-1963) was an American cartoonist based in California whose work appeared in several newspapers including the Los Angeles Times, the San Francisco Bulletin, and Call. He received much popular and critical acclaim in his career. Hatlo is perhaps best-known for his long-running comic strips, They'll Do It Every Time and Little Iodine, and for his acceptance of readers' ideas for themes in his comic panels.. Manuscript.
