(Positivist Philosophy holds that all we can know comes from our physical senses experiencing phenomena around us). In this letter Harrison thanks a correspondent for sending him some leaflets. He also writes that he and his wife and daughter are about to go on a trip to Western England. He closes mentioning a speech to be published in his "American Addresses.". Manuscript.
