The author gives numerous examples of specific atrocities committed in Poland which should have been included in the trial proceedings, lambasts the trial for not mentioning the liquidation of the Warsaw Ghetto; ends with the argument that 'totalitarianism' was not utilized as a category in the trial proceedings as this would immediately point to the continuing existence of other totalitarian states, namely, the USSR.
