For example, the text describes sights such as local ships, Smith's Cove Docks, Lake Washington Canal and Lock, Lake Union, University of Washington, the Stadium, Lake Washington, the Harbor, Aviation Field, ferries on Lake Washington, and the eastern shores of Lake Washington. Brief text in back commends the residential life and horticultural industries of the area. Also included in back is information about "special trips" and time tables for the Lake Washington ferries..
