The leather is considerably darkened at the spine and at the top-edge, with a tiny nick at crown. Overall, this is a very good copy. The text is a lecture read by Brooke to the Cambridge University Fabian Society on 24 November, 1910. This publication was the first of the firm Rupert Hart-Davis Limited.
