(Carteret 1946: IV, p. 301, "edition estimee," esteemed edition.) Bound by Petrus Ruban (1851- 1929) in full red levant morocco, elegantly gilded with a triple fillet frame and elaborate floral design tooled in gold, the pattern repeated on the lower cover and in the spine compartments and gilt inner dentelles.
