Robert Fergusson [1750-1774] was a Scottish poet who after attending the University of St Andrews led a chaotic bohemian life dying at the age of 24. He wrote poems for Walter Ruddiman's 'Weekly Review' in English at first and then in Scots of which he was a native speaker.This rare first edition was printed in a run of 500 copies.
