B/w illustrations throughout., Book condition VG, Dust jacket condition good, SIGNED by author on verso of half-title. Only 100 copies were signed - this is number 61. Edges rubbed. Corners slightly worn. Boards just very slightly grubby at edges. Some pages still uncut so never been read! Matching pictorial wrapper has been laid down on a printed handbill for reinforcing, is chipped at edges with slight loss and creasing and a little browned. Crease to top of frontis, browning to dedication page. Area to base of page 9 torn where page was carelessly opened, 2" closed tear to edge of page 62 - these could be repaired. Small tear to surface paper of rear blank page. Wrapper edges worn with some loss mainly to top edge.
