Very good condition for it's age. No publication date, circa late 1950's to early 1960's. Illustrated boards, no jacket as issued. Cover, which shows a charging cavalry on horseback, has moderate edgewear/edge rubbing, small paper loss at corners, front is clean and bright, light soiling to rear. Pages are clean and intact other than first two pages loose just at bottom corner, approx. 1 inch. Endpage has been neatly taped. Light age tanning to page edges and a couple small edge tears seen. Colour and b/w illustrations. Anthology of boys' adventure stories about the British Infantry, mysteries to be solved, sailing, pets and other topics.
