Many advertisements for goods and services offered in and around Paris. Featured stores advertise goods, such as dresses, furs, and other fine apparel. Former ownership initials of "M. W. B." are lightly handwritten in black ink on the front cover. Pages and covers are very clean and intact. This is a travel booklet that promotes Thomas Cook and Son's travel services. The company lists its tours by motor coach and itineraries to see different parts of Paris, France. The first page divides tours into two categories, "How to See Paris and Environs" and "How to See the Battlefields in 1 Day" (the latter refers to battlefields of World War I). For example, in Paris, one can take a tour to "Versailles & La Malmaison," "Chantilly, Senlis & Chaalis," or "Chartes Cathedral," among many others. For the Battlefields, one can visit "Belleau Wood, Chateau-Thierry, Rheims, the Chemin des Dames, Soissons" in Paris, "Rheims, the Argonne, Romagne and Verdun," or take "The American Battlefield Tour," among others. For each tour, there are brief descriptions of the locales and their history. Some tours show how travelers might plan each day on their trip and what routes they will take. On Page 30, there is a "Synopsis of Escorted Tours by Motor-Coach" both in and outside of France which lists the places one will visit on those tours, how long the tour will be, when the motor coach leaves Paris (where they all begin), and the inclusive fare..
