This is a misbound book; i.e., Pages 417-432 are placed out of order, and there is a duplicate of Pages 433-448 (including extra fold-out maps). All pages of this book are present, however, the actual number of pages and plates differs from the page counts presented within this book (e.g., the page count is listed as 544 but there are more than 544 pages present).
