Undated, c1901. The boards are very rubbed, marked and edge worn. The gold gilt has dulled with age but remains charming. The corners of the boards along with the top and bottom edges of the spine are frayed. Despite this, the boards remain whole and square. There is an ex-libris book plate on the front pastedown and some faint pencil markings on the title page. The pages within are clean and complete, and there are no inscriptions. However, as expected from a book that is likely over a century old, the edges of some of the pages are frayed and a touch brittle. The binding remains strong and whole. An altogether charming book.
