Also a business card (3 x 1 7/8 inch) of Gaudenzia Salassa with an inscription on the backside by Giorgio Polacco in Italian and dated 1 October 1900, San Francisco. Giorgio Polacco (1873-1960) was a world famous opera conductor in Rio de Janeiro and Rome. In 1912 he was conductor of the Italian wing of the Metropolitan Opera.
