Original black-and-white engraving of the remains of Prince Rupert's residence. Removed from Edward Brayley's Londiniana, a compendium about the history and sights of London. No date, circa 1828-1829. 3 1/2" x 6 1/4." Print is very clean and intact except for a few small spots of discoloration or foxing, faint offsetting (text) affecting the printed area, and some clipping to "Beech Lane, Barbican." A Near Fine copy. A beautiful, small engraving featuring the remains of Prince Rupert's residence on "Beech Lane, Barbican" in 1796 London. From Brayley's Londiniana, possibly the edition published by Thomas Hurst, Edward Chance & Company.. Print. Book Condition: Collectible-Near Fine (Near Fine). Binding: No Binding
