Lucas Morgan (1743-1817) orders the Sheriff of hampshire County or the Constable of West Springfield to satisfy the claim of Azoriah Parsons of Springfield against Gideon Joner Junior of West Springfield. The claim is for $40.53. The law officials are to seize property to cover the amount owed or to imprison Jones until the claim is satisfied.
