Uniformly bound in red crushed morocco by Bretault: triple-ruled gilt frames on sides, with fine gilt double-rules along edges of boards, spines in six compartments with gilt decoration and lettering. Gilt inner dentelles with marbled endpapers, and rainbow ribbon markers. (There are a few stains from ribbon markers.) All edges gilt. Sixteen volumes are signed BRETAULT on front turn-ins.
