Inscribed by Clive Menell to Mike Rosholt, and with a full page autograph letter on Menell's Le Tholonet letterhead presenting the book to Mike and Bea Rosholt, also explaining how the book came to be produced , signed and dated March 1986. A fine association between two visionary South African businessmen and political visionaries. Rosholt was the Chairman of Barlow- Rand; Menell was deputy chairman of Anglovaal, and founder of the Urban Foundation.
