Lansing (1864-1928) was an American diplomat who served as Secretary of State under Woodrow Wilson (1915-20). Stilson was the son of a friend of Lansing--Mrs. William (Mary) Stilson of Los Angeles. The first five letters are written on official Secretary of State stationary, the last is written on the letterhead of Lansing law office. Six total pages.
