No date, but circa 1914. Two pages. Lalaing (1858-1917) was a British born Belgian painter and sculptor. The letter, in black ink, is written to Oliver Bainbridge, an English lecturer, author and explorer. Bainbridge has sent Lalaing a copy of a book that he has written ("The Lessons of Anglo-American Century" pub. 1914). Lalaing was the artist who did the frontispiece for the book.. Manuscript.
