Original billhead printed in black ink and handwritten in black and red ink on beige paper. A small black-and-white illustration of an acorn with the promotional text, "Acorn Cooking and Heating Stoves," printed in upper-left corner. 8 1/2" x 4 3/4." Billhead is very clean and intact except for a few horizontal and vertical fold lines, some wrinkling, and what appear to be faint rust marks on front and back. A Very Good copy. A billhead for the business of J. J. Vasconcellos, an importer and dealer in stoves, lead pipe, tin plate, sheet iron, and other metalware in San Francisco, California. The customer's name is written at the top. There is one item that was sold; the word, "water," can be made out and may have been a water container.
