Pages and covers are virtually pristine and intact except for light age toning. A Fine copy. A "Kur-Karte" issued to "Miss Beau" for her stay at Hotel du Lack Interlaken on April 25, 1928. A purple "Hotel du Lac Interlaken; 25 Apr. 1928" stamp appears in a printed box on front cover, showing it has been used. Introductory text explains the terms of the Kur-Karte and "Kurtax," a special tax that guests have to pay. It appears, however, that holders of the Kurkarte are entitled to special discounts, such as reduced entrance fees, at other establishments. The rest of the pamphlet lists different rail services, destinations, and activities and their respective schedules, costs, and price reductions (where applicable) in German, French, and English. Among the listed railways, destinations, and activities are "Harder-Funicular," "Giessbach Water Falls," "The Trummelbach-Falls," "Niesen-Railway," "Beatus Caves," "Medical Bath establishment," "Federal Kinematograph Theater," "Bathing establishment, Lake of Brienz," "Motor-boat trips on the Lake of Brienz," and "Angling."
