Vol. I shows moisture contact having a bowed front cover, light water stain to the first 200 pages mostly on the page ends margin, causing a wave to the paper in that region. Post page 200 book is fairly clean and free of marking of any kind. Light edge and corner wear. Vol. II suffers a similar stain and wave over much of the book, this time encompassing the lower 1/3rd of the book, lesser so in the first part and lesser in the back, reaching it's apogee at about page 180, again, otherwise quite clean. Light edge and corner wear. Vol III has a similar stain and wave affecting the lower 1/4 of the pages and moving to the lower corner only toward the back of the book. Covers on V. III are quite clean with only very minor edge wear. Binding are all quite tight, hinges in great shape and books over all show little wear; all edges marbled, decorated end papers, gilt lettered spine; Fold out map of Seattle by Kroll Map Co. in V.
