Graves are printed in white on the bottom of the right image. "The Universal Photo Art Co., C. H. Graves, Publisher and General Manager, Philadelphia, U. S. A." printed on the left side of the board. "Supply and Distributing Offices: Philadelphia, Naperville, Ill., New York, London, Hamburg." printed on the right side of the board. Carlton H. (C. H.) Graves was an American photographer and began producing his own stereoviews in 1880. He later sold his photographs under the The Universal Photo Art Company which was active from 1895-1910. After 1910, Graves's negatives were sold to Underwood and Underwood, and these, along with the Underwood and Underwood stock, were then sold to the Keystone View Company.. Photographic Image.
