VG/VG.No owner inscrptn,and no price-clip to dw/dj.Bright,3 colour block (b/w+blue) pictorial illustrated upper panel,critics' reviews to rear panel,with b/w and blue lettering; with some minimal shelf-wear and creasing to edges and corners.Some minimal and miniscule chipping with reciprocal losses to top+bottom edges,3 corners and head+foot of spine/backstrip.The clear sellophane sleeve was obviously put on at a later date to protect and prevent further deteriotation of the already listed faults/ defects.Top+fore-edges slightly aged/toned but clean; contents bright,tight,clean, solid and sound - no foxing/spotting and no dog-ear reading creases to any pages' corners - possibly unread? Some fore-edges untrimmed - some pages unopened.Bright, crisp,clean,sharp-cornered,publisher's original,blue cloth boards with bright, crisp,blocked gilt letters to spine/ backstrip,a b/w headband and clean,plain white endpapers - again with no off-setting from dw/djs' inner flaps.Described hard,but fairly and honestly - nowhere as bad as it reads or sounds!
