Typed letter signed (5 1/2 x 7 1/4 inch) of two pages with Fransioli"s letterhead. ca.1950s dated September 28 and signed Tom. Thomas Fransioli, Jr. (1906-1997) was a well known New England painter best known for his cityscapes such as Detroit, San Francisco and Boston and his works were also used for magazine covers and book illustrations. The letter, addressed to a gallery owner 'Margaret', deals with his concern about how an associate is displaying the paintings and the choice of frames for them.
