Three autograph letter signed written by Lady Forbes to the travel writer Olliver Bainbridge. The first two are from Stirlingshire, Scotland (1904) and the last is from Greenock, Scotland (1916). Lady Forbes (1874-1926) was a British novelist. Some of early books were published under the last name Craven, before her marriage in 1901. The letters, each a single page, are about setting up a meeting time and place and (the last one) wishing him well on an expedition. In black ink. 4 1/2 x 7 inches.. Manuscript.
