First Edition (first printing). 8vo. 256pp. Green cloth lettered and ruled in gold at the spine. With a title page decoration and various drawings by Adrian Daintrey who I fear is no John Minton. A little bruising to the backstrip ends, some uneven toning to the final index page and a small area of offset browning to two adjacent text leaves from where a newspaper clipping has been stored. Very good in price-clipped dust wrapper, somewhat faded at the spine panel with a single tiny enclosed hole, and a little nicked, dust soiled, creased and chipped with some loss to the spine panel ends and just a touch more to the lower edge.
