Delitzsch (1813–1890) , was a “German Protestant theologian, Bible and Judaica scholar. Inspired by Julius Fuerst to devote himself to the study of Judaism, he was appointed professor of theology at the university of his native Leipzig in 1844. Later he taught at Rostock, Erlangen, and again in Leipzig. H. Weiss) ” (Breuer in EJ 2007) . Bumped cover corners. Light staining to some pages. Otherwise very good condition. (Heb-15-1)
