On offer is an interesting and descriptive eight [8] page autographed letter [ALS] dated Colorado Springs May 10th 1882 addressed to Mrs. Phipps describing friends, travel and life in and around Colorado Springs handwritten by Corrina Shattuck a woman who would one day become a missionary made famous during the Armenian massacre. She is writing to the family of her friends Emma and Martin Phipps with whom she traveled from Framingham, Massachusetts to Colorado in 1880. Overall the 6 x 9 inch letter is VG.. English Language. Book Condition: Good+
