Large 8vo. Title page, a2 - Ll [7]. Tables and tabulated Calendar at beginning of volume. Attractively bound in contemporary full mottled red calf gilt, glt to compartments of spine, raised bands. Leather is sl. worn to extremities and rubbed to boards but very sound given the age of the book. Original marbled endpapers, small ownership stamp, dated '81, (so contemporary to book) to head of title page, prelims and outer edges of page browned o/w a very clean and sound copy of a very well produced Book of Common Prayer. Like most 18th century books the print is large and clear and the paper is strong and well made.
