Twelve handwritten pages, 8 1/2 x 11 inches. Each pages with drawings, charts or technical notes. Hugh Chung (b. 1916-d. 2008) was born in China and came to America in 1943 as an officer in the Chinese Army and worked with the U.S. Military during World War II, negotiating weapon purchases. After the war he stayed in the U.S. with his wife Elsie (1918-2008). Chang worked as a nuclear engineer in the San Francisco Bay Area. He retired from General Electric in 1983.. Manuscript.
