A Very Good copy. The issue for February 28, 1911. This bulletin gives a concise summary of events relating to California's economics, infrastructure, agriculture, and the like. The following is a sampling of topics addressed in this issue: moderate snowfall in February and projected steady water supply for the coming season; "snow flurries were reported at cities in Southern California, where snow is rare, and also San Francisco and other coast cities"; good industry in terms of building projects and land sales; the Board participating in the Sacramento Citrus Fair; a list of bank clearing and building permits by number for San Francisco, LA, Oakland, Sacramento, San Diego, Fresno, Stockton, San Jose, and Pasadena; and a notice of the upcoming 1915 Panama-Pacific International Exposition in San Francisco..
