This board covered book has a quarter leather, stamped spine. It is one of 200 printed copies. It is in Old English. The front cover has shelf and storage compressions to the top and bottom corners. There are general shelving and handling markings. The back cover has wear to the corners and the body. There is a stain towards the edge spine. The leather spine is edged with gold gilt. It is worn about the edges. The title stamping is clear. There is wear to the head and foot. The waxed, marbled front and end papers are in good condition. The front and end pages are discoloured with age. There is a previous owner inscription on the front page. Pages are roughly trimmed. There are periodic small, pen/ biro annotations. However, pages are firmly attached and in very good condition throughout. The inside front cover has the remains of a bindery sticker, which has transferred to the adajacent end paper.
