A very good copy in the original dull purple cloth, lacking original spine, crudely rebacked witha plain black calf spine. Tipped in is a 2pp. letter from Aimeer Ali to W.F. Herschel, dated 25th Novemebr 1875, drawing his attention to a recent award conferred upon the writer by the Viceroy, and offering his thanks for Herschel's part in this. A ote in Herschel's hand on the tipped in letter stub reads "I must however disclaim any share in the result WH". 30pp. in English; balance of text in Persian. A scarce book.
