Extraordinarily enough, since I commissioned its printing, this interest has already been awakened in Canada by the announcement that Inspector Larsen of the R.C.M.P Arctic Patrol vessel St.Roch (ink underlined) has acquired certain information from the Eskimos which the Commissioner R.C.M.P. has authorised him to test by making a search. Yours faithfully (his handwritten signature) Rear Admiral (S) rtd The Editor, Western Morning News. " Since April 2013 and again in March 2015, and in this year too,the UK Post Office has altered it's Pricing in Proportion template, altering it's prices, weight allowances, dimensions and lowered it's qualifying compensation rates too!
