Black-and-white illustrations including one tipped-in plate, complete. "For Books for Sale at Our Shop" printed on front cover. Pages and covers are very clean and intact overall but have slight wrinkling, some age toning, and slight rippling. Some pages are unopened. Binding is tight. A Very Good copy. A beautiful catalog by the Roycroft Shop (Roycrofters) featuring the books they have made that are for sale. The Roycroft Shop was founded in 1895 by Elbert Hubbard as an art community in East Aurora, New York. Members of the community were known as the Roycrofters. The Roycrofters played a significant role in the development of the American Arts and Crafts movement, architecture, and design. Among the disciplines represented by the Roycroft Shop were printing, bookbinding, furniture design, metalsmithing, and leathersmithing. The group was active until 1938. There are several references to Elbert Hubbard and other leading Roycrofters in this booklet.
