Two additional pages of advertisements for other books in the back. Printed at the bottom of title page: "London: Printed for J. Debrett, opposite Burlington House, Piccadilly." Former owner's inscription is in the upper-right corner of the half-title: "J. H. Humboldt? [...] 1791." Pages are very clean and intact overall. Half-title has some chipping along the fore-edge. Pages have slight foxing. George Rous (c. 1744-1802) was a British politician and lawyer. He served as a member of Parliament in the House of Commons between 1776 and 1780. Edmund Burke (1729-1797) was an Irish politician and philosopher. He served as a member of the British Parliament in the House of Commons between 1766 and 1794.
