He was father of the very famous theologian Wilhelm Abraham Teller. This 8 x 6.5 inch Latin letter, signed by Teller, is written to another well known Lutheran Theologian, Johann Christian Biel and the title suggest Teller is offering a formal clarification on points of Doctrine.
