Shelf wear. One corner lightly bumped. First hinge cracked, but still tight. Old label on first pastedown endpaper (book appears to have been own by the The New Hampshire Historical Society), and number in ink on first free endpaper. Title page almost detached, but laid in. One leaf has short tear, another has corner with creases and small piece missing. Else overall Very Good. Text is very readable and surprisingly in very good condition for a book over 120 years old. No writing in text or underlines. Photos and illustrations are clear and in very good condition.
