Top edge dust soiled and with a touch of spotting, also to the fore edge and, very lightly, to half a dozen preliminary leaves. A very good copy. No dust wrapper. The author's first book, a splendid travelogue with the increasingly relevant closing lines: "The world seemed larger now than it had done in 1909.
