Leather binding very brittle; tears, abrasions, cracks, and rubbed - more substantial on spine (partially affecting title).Shelf wear, corners showing a tad. Previous owner's name and street address on back side of half-title page. Text block: Faint age toning, several folded pages (and minor short tears); else overall book is Good Plus. Surprisingly, the text is clear and very readable and the illustrations and colored plates are clear and bright. No stickers or bookplates. No writing or underlines in text.
